We strive to ensure your transition is a smooth, seamless process handled professionally and on time. We take the stress out of helping seniors downsize and move, because we can do all the work required, right down to the last detail. We will:

• Set up a complimentary, in-home consultation to discuss your situation and needs. We’ll meet you so that you can give us a tour of your house, and at the end of the consultation, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate of the service proposal.
• If an in-home consultation is not possible, we will create a service proposal based on the information you are able to provide. For the most accurate estimate possible, we require that you send photos of the items to be packed and/ or moved; if circumstances do not allow photos, a detailed list is also appreciated.
• Establish dates and timelines that accommodate your move.
• Plan and coordinate the entire move, including elevator reservations.
• Send you the detailed move plan, including dates and times, so that you have all the information you need written down in one place. We can share it with your family too, if you wish!
• Prepare a floor plan to help determine what can fit in your new home. We can try to mirror your current layout, or create something fresh for your new space.
• Work with you to determine what you should bring to your new home, starting with the most practical items and working to incorporate anything with special meaning.
• Professional, in-house packing services for your move, including delivery of supplies and a final pack on moving day if required.
• Our in-house, professional movers safely and securely transport your belongings to your new home. Our trucks come prepared with supplies including moving blankets, runners, picture and wardrobe boxes, stretch
  wrap, and tools for disassembly/reassembly of furniture.
• Unpack and set up your new home, including furniture arrangement, hooking up electronics, hanging pictures and making the beds.
• Take care of the finishing touches so It feels like home when you arrive!
• Sort, pack, and disperse items for family and friends.
• Sell certain items through our consignment store. Remove unwanted items through local charities and thrift stores.
• Shred sensitive documents and recycle/dispose of waste.
• Refer and coordinate services as needed, including reputable real estate agents, cleaning services, contractors, and auctioneers or home content sale specialists.
• We can help with as much or as little as you need, and the decisions are always in your hands!
